*Team 50* Christmas Challenge

You know what 2 bad days isn't gonna ruin my weight loss.

I didn't gain all this weight or get all these bad habits in a week so it is impossible for me to change in a week.

This is going to be a gradual thing for me & slow & steady wins the race right.

I am filling in my 8 week summer body challenge book & as long as I hit my 8 week target for that which is to lose 11lbs then I'm happy to have a wee blip in the road.

I measured this morning aswell & I have lost 2 inches in a week so GO MEEEEEEEEE!!!

Positivity all the way anyone wanna jump aboard the positivity express then a ticket is FREEEEEEEE for all my happy loser buddies.

WE CAN & WE WILL DO THIS.

I feel like the prime minister or something giving a really important speech lol

Just walked 30 mins there & back in the pouring rain to go swimming & I have started my stopped period!! God sakeeeeeeee haven't had one for months now when I decide to go swimming they make an appearance. Well thank you Mother Nature

Least I had some exercise with the walk there & back xxx
 
Can I join you guys would love to have lost around 50lbs by christma, I would be 17 stone :)... my weigh in is on fri, its my first week so hoping for a few lbs :)

Soups on the boil.

I'm going to a friends for lunch tomorrow & I have told her I will be bringing my own with me.

I'm doing well today. Resisting any junk food and only having one normal size helping for dinner :) I had an ice lolly for dessert rather than ice cream. All in all a success so far :)
 
My absolute favourite curried butternut squash soup! Zero pp for one serving.

I will post the recipe xxx

It's amazing here is the recipe.

Curried Butternut Squash Soup
Serves 6
Zero Propoints per serving

1 large butternut squash - diced into 1 inch cubes
2 medium onions - quartered
2 stock cubes - make upto 2 pints
1 & 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Spring onion - garnish

Preheat oven to 200c. Place squash &onion in a large roasting pan & bake uncovered for 45 minutes until squash is tender.

Remove from oven. Tip into saucepan & add stock & curry powder.

Bring to the boil, reduce heat & simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool & blend. Serve & garnish with sliced spring onions. ENJOYYYY
