Morning all
Today I lost 5 1/2lb at WW weigh in.
That takes me over my 50lb goal set and I'm grinning like a looney tune on the train
So I have another 29 1/2lb to loose any ideas how to do this. Not the weight but the total board as this really helps me focus.

Mostly WW but I do lots and lots of exercise now. Walk miles everyday at least 5. Do a DvD for 40mins. Do weights for 20min and go for a ride on my bike. That doesn't include gardening, walking the dog those are extras!
