For me a good week - 2.4lbs down. It's strange as I am being pretty consistent - not eating unless I am hungry which Is so much easer to do when not eating white stuff - bread/pasta/sugar/flour etc. No real explanation on why 2 weeks ago, I was less than 1/2 lb down and this and other weeks, it's been more.
Good to have left the 300s. Next stop from 21 to 20s in stone. Funny how these steps matter! 1st7.6lbs lost - 6.78%
