As long as you manage expectations there’s no harm in a planned break. Back on then and continue this wagon journey with usFingers crossed that you have the same again this week. I expect to put on this week on holiday and a few naughties have crept in. So back on the wagon next week lol

Thankyou. Not going too mad. But first time in 7 months I have eaten off plan. So 7 days off plan is nothing in the grand scheme of things. As long as you manage expectations there’s no harm in a planned break. Back on then and continue this wagon journey with us
thank you , how are you doing ?Well done Gtheloser. A few weeks back I was on the same boat after having an extraction in a hospital setting due to the risk of bleeding. I wish u a speedy recovery.
I hear you Susie @ladyfelsham - in the end I only lost 3lbs in May and it’s so demotivating so I’m really trying to focus on the fact that if I loose 3lbs in June too I would be in a much better place than saying ‘sod it, I’m done’ xI've had a few of those myself @Halley. I know this sounds a bit trite but try not to stress about it and say instead "Yaye, no gain", hopefully make you feel better x
Hi ladyfelshamHi Alexice - welcome to Minis, and a massive well done for your fresh focus to avoid the bypass - I agree, taking all those supplements forever doesn't sound much fun!
What sort of plan are you following? And if you think it would help, you can start your own thread - most of us have our own, mine is just a burbling collection of random thoughts on what's going on in my world , as well as recording the food I eat and NSV's (non scale victories, just in case you're not familiar with the acronym).
oh and NSV ...lol this is definitely a new acronym for me. I like it.Hi Alexice - welcome to Minis, and a massive well done for your fresh focus to avoid the bypass - I agree, taking all those supplements forever doesn't sound much fun!

It might not be the loss you were hoping for but on a posnote it was't a gain either. Next week might bring better fortunesSTS for me - grrr - I hate that it gets so much harder to loose the lower you get..

Welcome to the challenge good luck with your weight loss journeyHi ladyfelsham
Many thanks for the welcome. I'd forgotten how lovely people are here. It's such a long time since I've been active here that I have pretty much forgotten how everything works! Anyway, I am more of less up and running again - got my ticker in signature again etc.
I don't really have a plan at the moment apart from "exercise"
I teach from 5pm til 10pm in the evenings and during the year I teach mornings too so I am either sitting at my desk preparing classes, sitting at my desk teaching or flopped on the sofa at 10pm when I finish and this is what needs to change.
When I organise my timetable for the new school year I need to leave myself a few days free during the day to go swimming.
Meanwhile medication-wise I am taking Ozempic which is a once a week injection which takes away your appetite. I've been one it for about a year and haven't lost anything but I'm still grateful to be on it as I think that without it my weight would have crept up.
Now it's down to me to MOVE.
