Yes it was painful but I felt so poorly. But I thought I knew pain with having MS but the ulcers was a whole new level. Despite being on seven 300mg gabapentin in divided doses/three 200g carbamazepine per day and eight codyramol in divided doses, burning barely touched it.Cellulitis is so painful, I thought a boa constrictor was crushing the bones in my leg, that's what it felt like to me, despite full on painkillers day and night.
You've got a brilliant attitude - fix what you can, deal with what you can't - that's my view too, after being at rock bottom like you and wondering how on earth i was going to get back to any kind of normal - and lockdown didn't help....
