small potion of beef, carrots, 3 roasts and peas, didnt have gravy. Cant stomach the stuff since i started cd. It werent that nice tbh as i was thinking this is guna knock me out of kland and i knew how annoyed i would be and i was annoyed at my white stick earlier. Sodding spuds.

Haver had about 8 pints of water so far to try and make up for it.

Blooming heck 8pints of water already, thats pretty cool, next time if a visitor comes, just stick with the meat and veg (green and white) it'll keep ya in ketosis (hark at me, the ketosis expert :giggle

Actually i am pretty good at staying in ketosis, its just getting the blooming scales to move down thats my problem my protein choices could improve, although I have made good choices this week

Janey Mac, are ya not all flushed down the toilet at this stage, I think i've had about 6pints as well as two shakes which for me is real good, don't think i've ever managed over 4litres

mmm well i think i got ur shopping gene too then as i love love love to shop have a thing for handbags my uncle gave me £500 when i lost my first two stone when i started cd in march as a well done present and i went shopping and spent the whole lot to the horror of my ex on a mulberry handbag nothing else just that and i love love love that bag

when i was out shopping today i bumped into an old boyfriend we went out for two years before hubby and we lived together for a year well things didnt work out and we split up and to be honest everytime we see eachother i always thought he was flirting with me well he asked if i fancy a coffee and we chated for hours. we swapped number and didnt think he would get in touch and he has said he had a great time and do i fancy going out one night this week mmm what do i do HELP is it too soon??? should i go mmm just dont know what too do

No im so used to drinking big quantities im not on the loo all day honestly, first few hours im going twice a hour gbut after that harsdy any.
Im going to bed soon, im so tired! Had such a long hard day with the kids - they have been so naughty!
