Team 1 all the way!
Hi all!
Weigh in (on 810 plan) goes as follows:
Last week: 180lb
Loss -2lb
This week: 178lb
Happy with that and am now moving on up- next few weeks on 1000 cal plan. Got 13lb to goal, and don't want to be one of those people who gets to goal and then thinks sod it, and stops doing the diet and piles it all on, so think the last stone will be done slowly.
I'm happy with that!
