I am seeing a lot of '100% on plan, weight gains' around here at the moment and it makes me wonder; why are we gaining when being so focussed? I think the key to it is to relax. I wrote everything down but I didn't stress if I had extra Syns, I did take extra care not to have stuff just for the sake of it but I didn't focus too much on the food this week. I went over my Syns this week (by quite a bit) and I even had a WW ice cream the night before WI and I still lost 3lb. Why? Maybe because I was relaxed about it, the plan was fitting in to my lifestyle and I was conscious of it but not let it control every thought.
Try relaxing a little more. Of course think about what you are eating and the choices you are making but ONLY when the moment arises. If you fancy something that will take you over your Syns a little then have it.
