Oh we will! Ha ha. I swam half a mile in just under 25 minutes today, a personal best. It usually takes 30 minutes so I must getting back in the zone now. I'm going to give yoga a try tomorrow!
That's the spirit!Hi Taz, I gained half a pound this week! It's my own fault though....I seem to have lost my dieting mojo, BUT I am determined to re-gain it this week. I've come too far to start creeping up again!
