Evening all.
Welcome to new members of this fab group and good luck on you CD journey :)
Day 29 today had my forth weigh in and lost 2lb.
Was a bit disappointed but then I thought.. I've got time of the month.. I've had a horrible stressful week.. Where I did ss+ everyday. And that is a total of 21lbs in 4 weeks!
A stone an half in 4 weeks! So I'm happy :)
Back to ss this week for me though.

Lol, no that's the problem, alot of waiting around and driving to drop my guys off.
So while I'm hanging around I go on my mob. Never log into main site, the new one is confusing!

This thread moves very fast! ;)

Just had my first hot choc mint shake and it was very tasty why have I not tried this before ????

Yeah Hun, 3 packs and a meal! Iv just had a tin of tuna and some spring onions and I feel ten times better already :) still got my bedtime shake/bar to have yet too! I think the SS was a bit extreme for me which is why my CDC wouldn't put me on it in the first place, I only had a stone and a half to lose which is why she started me on step 2! I'm gonna keep on SS+ though as it's just the same as step 2 but the meal is 30 cals less and you don't get the milk...it does stop the temptation to binge and also means you can have a meal with your family at tea time xxx

I end up with this most days too. Had another yummy salad earlier x

I think SS+ is even better as the portions are smaller and you don't have to force yourself to eat like 3fish fillets as on step 2, it works out about 1 and a half on SS+ which is just enough, the veg/salad portions are still 80grams though...xxx

Shocked me last time how big some of the protein portions were on step 2/3! X

Am sure spring onions will be fab. I use the Kraft light either honey and mustard or garlic and herb. Yummmmmmy. I'm not big on balsamic vinegar x

Is it similar? Well done for losing 6 stone. I lost 1 and a half stone last year using slimfast but gradually over the past 9 months i've put on 2 stone. So heavier now than i was this time last year before starting slimfast. I think I'll always have to watch what I eat too. Everyone seems really friendly on hear. x

Check you and your jet setting life out lol! You will def lose the weight here xxx
