Morning everyone!!!

I am currently sitting in my ww meeting and I have just got off the scales...

2lb lost!!!

I would have liked a bit more, seeing as it's my first week back on track, but I've done a fair bit of exercise this week and that always seems to slow my weight loss down (the loss of inches makes up for it, I guess!!) so all in all, I'm pleased with my weigh in result this week and I'm feeling motivated for next week :)

Is anyone else weighing in today?? If so, good luck!!!

Whoop! That's brill! I think 2bls is the best loss ever - less than that is a bit disappointing i reckon, but more of it means its not a slow stead pace and youre more likel to put it back on as it is not sustainable etc...

So well done!! Roll on Weds for my weight in! I'm not sure what to expect as i am not really doing / eating any differently to what i was on the old plan - have just recalculated the points etc.

Time wil tell! xx

Woo. Just weighed myself and I've lost 11lbs! Can't believe it. Especially after my nightmare scales- so I've gone to boots who should be reliable!!! :)

Lost 4.5lbs this week which was a big shock although it was a nice shock. Have reached my November target too. If I can lose 0.5lbs next week I will have reached my first stone cant wait.

Lost half a pound guys. I was hoping for a bit more but to be fair, it is typical of my weight loss pattern on a usual week (usually something between that and 2lbs) and on the old plan and i havent eaten anything different to what i would have on the old plan so i can't complain.

Need to try to change some meals to high protein and high fibre i guess. I stuck to my points tho - didn't cheat :)

WEll done you other guys... 11lbs is a MASSIVE weekly loss! How on earth did you manage that?! That's like over half a stone in a WEEK! WOW xx

Hey Likklebex!
Dunno how I managed it. Guessing I was just eating so much to maintain my fat self, that suddenly cutting it down really affected me! Either that, or it was an anomaly - but I'm hoping for the former!

I'm not going to lie, I have been hungry on the diet, but I've kind of embraced it and chosen to use it as a mental tool. "You can't be tired, you've just had a meal" kind of thing! 3 weeks later and I'm not hungry all the time, which is great as I think I've almost shrunk my stomach and only eat set meals :)

well done guys, we're all doing fantastic! :D last week i lost 1.5lbs and this week i lost 2.5lbs so i've lost 4lbs so far towards my november target.. not sure how i managed the 2.5lbs after 11 sambuccas, 4 malibu diet cokes and a 4 person pitcher of woo woo.. though i have thrashed myself at the gym and spinning so maybe i burnt it off afterall? :D

After getting called a fat pr**k yesterday at ASDA I was feeling pretty poo, especially as I'd lost quite a lot that week, I was at work today and one of the customers commented that I looked like I'd lost weight, and I got home today and my housemate said I looked thinner in the face, which put me in such a good mood! Come on Monday and the next WI!
