Ten stone Challenge

OMG my stomach hurts I’m almost bent double. It’s like a really bad cramp round my middle and I feel poorly. I really hope this isn’t food poisoning. It’s about 3 hours since we ate. Urghhhh
 
Morning. Very uncomfortable night. Tummy still not happy. Not food poisoning though. It’s as though I can feel the steak sitting heavy in my tum and it’s giving me cramp. V odd. Cherry bakewell smoothie for breakfast. I didn’t even go to the restaurant. I’ve made it through to plan except for last night but the dressing was unintentional. Sitting with a black coffee gathering thoughts before the day starts. Hope you have a good day.
 
Shake for lunch while everyone had buffet. Nobody batted an eyelid. Bad pain day today and I’ve just got back to hotel and had a cup of tea and lemon bar. I’m totally exhausted. Mentally and physically. Actually can’t move off the bed. I’ve lost track of what week I’m on. Have a great weekend.

I'm home. Thanks to all of you who got me through this week! I had a shake then made an appearance for hotel breakfast. I had meat and eggs then hit the road. 4 hours and home to a chaotic household. Stuff everywhere, my sons behaviour is appalling (wining, demanding,stubborn) not my boy at all. My husband fed him 3 chocolate crepes for breakfast so no wonder. Cherry shake when I got home but I really struggled making dinner. Carb cravings are max.

Pink Dress arrived today. I think I'll send it back. It's beautiful but I don't think I could carry it off even if I did get into it. Might as well save the money. I'm starting week 7 next week and don't feel any different at all just very tired. In fact my tummy feels bigger than ever. I'm probably just tired so feeling a bit low. I've a mountain of paperwork to do tonight. Strawberry mousse for dinner I think. Night all. Have a good weekend everyone. Hugs x
 
My son (4) came into my bedroom with a cushion saying “I love you to the moon and back” and a packet of gel colouring pens. 😊. We Had breakfast (he picks the pack. Hot choc orange) then we coloured a while before spending the day in the garden getting jobs done. He loves helping. I’m sure that’ll change. Did a bit too much because my backs killing me. Finger painting (what a mess) and 3D dianosaur jigsaw (OMG howcomplicated?) after lunch. He’s in bed and so am I! Stuck to plan. Drank quite a bit of water. Hope you had a good weekend too. WI tomorrow morning. Will be a quick post as I’ve got to get my boy to school and me to work pretty quick.
 
Well, I’ve stayed in K and done a lot of dashing around. Problem is I feel exactly the same. I just don’t feel like I’ve lost weight although I know I’m 4 inches smaller all over. I guess it’ll start feeling better when clothes I wear change and people notice. I’m 100% committed.

My scratty sleeping too has holes in do I got a new PJ shorts set from Debenhams in the sale. I love it and it’s a 24!!!! I know PJs are baggy but the shorts fit which never happens. It’s covered in ladybirds too which make me smile. Well, better sleep. I’ve not gone so many days without weighing before. It’s all tracked on a spreadsheet. Moods, food, whatever. It’s been very handy to see trends.

Sooo, very wet school dash this morning then just got to work in time. Had to do a personality profile course. I’m a bit of everything it seems. Mad dash back to school for a 2.30 meeting. It was hardly worth travelling to work! Strawberry bar for lunch and I just had maple cereal (not sure, I miss the berry museli). Cup of peppermint tea and some book reading before I make dinner.
