Hello Teresa

Hope your day went well yesterday. Any lovely taster ideas worth sharing ? Your week is looking great.....are you feeling better on plan now ?

I realised the other day that some of the chocolate option sachets are 1.5syns instead of 2syns, ok its only a half but every little helps! The ones that are 1.5 are the caribbean coconut, cracking hazelnut, go bananas, ooh la vanilla and outrageous orange :)

Well done having a treat planned and you are well within your syns so very well deserved !! :)

Oh tell me about the Aldi choc orange ? Is it really good ? How many grams do you get for your 2 syns ? I'll try one next time I go there (which could be today actually!). If its to put with vlf fromage frais and quark I dont think its worth spending too much, but saying that I do have a tub of highlights and some sachets of options in the cupboard ;) Might keep them for drinking!

Enjoy your weekend (and your mcflurry!)

The aldi one comes in sachets in a box i think there are 10 in a box and it is about £1.50. Too lazy to weigh it out of a tub LOL And have been trying to cut back rcently so found the options a bit pricey unless they are on sale.

I only ever use them in fromage frais or quark etc never as hot choc.

Thanks! I've bought myself some to try this morning. I agree much better value than the options sachets (even on offer in sainsburys they were 7 for £1.50). Yummy yummy. Just had a hazelnut options with vlf fromage frais and strawberries, a very yummy pud :)

Hooray for the Mc Flurry :) Dont even think about the sneaky peak (<-- strict instructions!)....... you must only sneaky peak if you can let the result gloss over you, but in all honesty how many of us can do that!!! Either we extatic that its shifting or we're mad that its going the wrong way for no good reason. So many contributing factors out of our control too, very frustrating. Perhaps we need a challenge to not sneaky peak ? Are you up for it ?
