Evening ladies I hope your all well? It was after midnight when I got home last night eek but it was good to see auntie and my cousin. Sis is back on the ciggies grrrrrrrrrrrrr she was doing so well on the E cig until the last time in hospital :cry: shes on her way to Manchester for her flight first thing to Cyprus I hope she relaxes whilst there.

Ive been mega busy at work the last 2 days roll on Thursday whoop then Friday is party party - im having my hair extensions put in and curled there are 16 of us going, we had a draw at work yesterday and I won a prize ......... An overnight stay in an executive suite with a bottle of wine, a sea view and full english brekkie to the value of £150 - one happy Texty so will use it after xmas for a day/night out with OH.

Need to try and do a whizz around diaries xx

I gained 0.5 tonight meh!

I'm just gonna go with the flow until after the hols I'm sick of yo yoing. Were having Chinese at work tomorrow then I'm out Friday so no chance of a loss on Monday but a sts would be good x

Likewise here Sheila... I'm not going to stress over it any more now until after Christmas, but trying not to go too mad, obviously. Good meals when I can, like breakfast and dinner when I'm at home but I know I'll go over on syns sometimes and meals out, I'm not even going to try and count syns on. Hopefully there won't be too much damage to repair after the silly season and I'm hoping to send most of the unhealthy stuff off with visitors and/or hubby can take in to work, THEN I'll crack down hard.
No point in stressing when there is enough other stuff going on to keep my stress levels up! lol

Ive been like this since Sept Chelle - just totally not in the zone. I would love a loss going into xmas week but I know it wont happen. I will just make the best of it and crack on after the festivities are over xx
