I think it was about £1 39 Emsie. I used uncle bens boil in the bag rice and just poured the flavouring into the water. It soaks through the bag and into the rice.

I couldnt believe how nice it was and I only did it cos couldn't be bothered to chop the onions etc for a spag bol!
Its definitely going to be a regular here!

Afternoon lovely ladies ( and gents if your reading this) lol - How is everyone. Well ive done 40 mins of Body Magic today (yes i moved from my chair) - I went out delivering SW leaflets for my C ( makes her job easy eh) lol. Anyone who volunteered to take some will have their names put into a draw to win the SW book that came out at xmas cant remember the name of it. So thats my good deed for the day but now my back is killing arghhhh. Oh well Ill just have to sit on minis for the rest of the day

Hi Texty F, you have dine well today so you deserve a rest, hope your back feels better soon. I have ate very little chocolate so happy with that, but my husband has been at work all day so I've been swinging KB most the morning lol, going to start some housework in a bit, such an exciting life lol x

Hi hun - ive eaten very little choccy I had a curly wurly on Friday and I think thats it. I told everyone not to buy me any eggs this year and they didnt so no temptation. Well done on the KB that should help with your weightloss. Lol I know what you mean about the exciting life, the highlight of my day will be delivering those leaflets ( scary as one house was) lol a bloody massive german shepherd came lurching at the window and scratching at the glass I almost sh*t myself lol.

It certainly made me walk quicker lol I will be changing the bedding later so thats a little more exercise but cant to a lot so every little helps right!!

You've done well with the chocolate,my husband come home from work and said " I called in at Asda on the way home they were shut was going to get you a egg as you've been sooo good" bless him I said it was an omen. I had a fredo yesterday.
I put on point 6 kg last week but am back where I started this week but my shape is changing so I don't mind, does get a bit dishartening when I read ppl lose so much weight with KB maybe I'm strange.
I'd stay away from the house with the dog next time I would have s**t myself, nextdoor to me have a massive dog am a bit wary of it x

Lol I hate big dogs Adelle. OH said why you delivering them its her job lol shes getting off easy getting people to do her work for her. I said I dont mind if its going to help bring new members to the group which means it wont close down due to lack of members . I wont be making a habit of it though.

My bodyshape has totally changed LeShrew I know it has but when I look in a mirror I still see fat me lol weird eh. Bless ya hubby but yay for the shop being closed lol

Syns - Sugar (3) Flora (1) Oyster Sauce (0.5) Curly Wurly (6) Total 10.5
