Texty's Back - Plain and Simple

I find a glass or can of Pepsi max will often satisfy my sweet craving .. I also find it quenches my thirst more than just water.. Don't know why../

I drink loads of it lol. If only they would put it on tap pmsl!!!

Thanks hun I'm doing my best a day at a time to get back into it. Our consultant is doing a new members talk for everyone on weds so until then I'm doing old EE. I will use my new book and start fresh from wi on weds. I don't want to see any + signs in my weight columns :) xx

Haha I have it everyday, I have certainly drank more of it whilst I haven't been at work lol would be awesome if it was in a tap !!

Yeah we are having a new talk on Tuesday, I think I will continue to go to group and perhaps incorporate a couple of sp days in with my weekly 5:2 ... hehe I didn't start using my book last week either... I just stuck my stickers on it and then out it away, I haven't really even looked at the book, things need to be explained to me !! Xx

I've flicked through mine but want a fresh start. I'll get stickers this week minus my target one. I have to earn that one back :)

I even toyed with the idea of doing a different diet but will stick with what I know works for me for now x

Hex A - 40g RF cheddar
Hex B - 2 wholemeal bread

Brunch - 2 rashers bacon (fat removed), mushrooms, toms, scrambled eggs, sausages and toast

Tea- something with chicken not sure yet maybe veg or an omelette

Drinks - tea, Pepsi Max, hot choc

Snacks - to be decided

Syns - marg on toast(1) 2x Richmond sausages (6) hot choc (2) milk n sugar (1.5) total 11.5
 
My little man is growing so quick :)
ah he's lovely and u do too - no sign of ur small gain (which will soon be gone btw) !! xx
