Texty's Back - Plain and Simple

Had a bit of a rubbish day today food wise, partly due to being at hairdressers for 2 hours and partly cos im still bunged up

HEXA - Only had a dash of milk in 1 cuppa so nowhere near my allowance
HEXB - 2 x wholemeal toast

Brekki - 2 x white bread and lemoncurd

Lunch beans on toast

Tea Homemade burgers, peas, mushrooms, onions, fried potatoes, batchelors beef savoury rice

Syns Bread and lemon curd (8) Sugar (1) Total (9)
 
How were you not constantly hungry. you know sarah millican? In her stand up she says "I think I have a tape worm, it's just it is full" that's like me!
 
By the time I got out of the hairdressers at 3pm I was starving but ive just pointed out on your own thread that i forgot id had bread with lemon curd when I got up so that was brekkie

I seem to go to pot at weekends when im on my own as im so used to cooking meals for 3 of us, I get into the cant be bothered mode or dont fancy mode and then thats when i start to pick at bad stuff arghhhh
 
Hey hun
i spend a day making myself lots of yummy soups or your broth recipe then I put them into those pour & store bags into the freezer. It's lovely to then always have something to grab to eat quickly.
I do the same with leftover Bolognese, curry or spag Bol too xxxx
 
Id chop their hands off lol luckily OH and son dont like melon or pineapple, ive left enough grapes and strawberries for them to pick on if they want them. I keep my SW stuff in my little fridge in the kitchen, they know if its in there its MINE lol
 
Its just luck really Fran when we bought this house 3 yrs ago the appliances were already in the kitchen, which meant i had a spare fridge freezer so the family use the big fridge and i use the little one for me lol greedy I know.

Ive never had a sore mouth from pineapple hun maybe its the acid in it? Awww I envy your dad i love cheese
 
Aye, but it is expensive. Mum wondered why I was annoyed at spending £8 on cheese every shop. This morning she saw a slither was left and couldn't believe it. I haven't had any cheddar all week, nor has she. I think she knows why I get annoyed now. I bought him loads of crisps because he kept eating mine and he hasnt touched them. Grr. I suppose the two fridges mean you don't have to face naughty goodies all the time either. It makes sense to me! I know food scoffers :/ I cleaned our fridge today and organised leftovers :)

Lol well Fran I figure the more superfree and free I eat the less room it leaves for junk, hence I still have 11 syns to use if i need them x
