I think they do it cos its the cheaper option for them hun, I think its shocking. Hey ho - see what happens when I get my results. In a way im hoping there is something on them so that they can start treating me properly x Have they said what they think yours is?

No, the physio seems to think it's muscular, but that doesn't explain why my bones are grinding and clicking x

Grrr thats what they keep me Kathryn , keep pushing them for more tests its not normal that bones grind and click. We all have wear and tear as we get older but not to that degree.

I have osteoarthritis in my lower spine which is wear and tear, which physio did absolutely nothing for. I have a constant pain in my left arm and my shoulder is really tender to touch. The physio seemed a little concerned about this and I couldn't bare her prodding about with my upper spine. I'm there again on Wednesday, I'll see how it goes but think I'll make another doctors appointment as she's making it worse. I can't lean back in the chair, it feels bruised :-(

Sounds exactly like mine hun and a burning sensation all the time. I just cant get comfy at all. The only time I can settle is when I go to bed. 10mins before I left work tonight my back locked I couldnt move, the lad who sits next to me said " your in pain arent you" I couldnt speak it hurt so bad, I went all hot and sweaty and just had to sit until it eased off. I could barely get in the car to drive home :cry:

Oh my god that sounds awful, poor you! Luckily my lower back has been fine for about the last 4 years, well not fine, no really bad spells where I can't walk, touch wood!
Hopefully your tests will help them to be able to figure out what the problem is and start treating you correctly ASAP xxx
