Texty's Back - Plain and Simple

He's just 1 big joker and it gets on my ti*s. He thinks cos he has no work none of us have. I was so close to telling him today I want to move sections. I really dont want to as I love the job I do it is so interesting. Its the people pi$$ing me off, you wouldnt think that they are adults
 
HEXA - Phili Light
HEXB - Wholegrain crackerbread x 6

Brekkie - The above with strawberries

Dinner - Poor effort as mega busy at work, hard boiled egg, cherry toms, packet of crisps

Tea - Lasagne, broccoli, cauli, carrots

Snacks - Banana, pineapple

Drinks - Ribena NAS , cup of tea

Syns - Crisps (4.5) Sugar (1 ) Total 5.5

It's annoying when u like ur job but the people get on your nerves. Try and bite ur tongue x

They wont prescribe without seeing me hun - ive got codeine I want something stronger that wont bung me up

That's pants. My gp will do it if I speak to them and they look at my notes. I hope you can get seen too. Being in pain is awful, I completely sympathise x

Ive told boss im not going back on loan to the other section either they can bring the work to me. My back was really bad after sitting at someone elses desk grrr will they ever listen.

Ill try ringing tomorrow but doubt ill get anywhere
 
I dont mind anyone chatting Im guilty of it myself at times, just not so effing louddddddddddddd lol

I will deffo ring hun cos the physio said it could take up to 6 weeks for my appt at pain clinic

My OH has his MRI on the 28th to see if the Surgeon is prepared to go in & do another op on his spine (all depends on the scar tissue from the last 2:() hes back on the Butrans patches at the mo for the pain. xx
 
Awww I hope all goes well for him hun. Pain anywhere is bad enough but when its the back its so debilitating. I just wish someone would put me on a rack sometimes and stretch me to crack all my bones ( that sounds like im a masochist) lol
