Texty's Back - Plain and Simple

Good afternoon ladies hows everyone? I have literally just sat down, I went to the meat wholesalers this morning with OH came back split it all and put it in the freezer, then just got in from Morrisons as I needed all my other household stuff. I wont need any more meat now for the month as my freezer is chokka lol

I'm ok hun, just kept busy making some free quiches for my eats the next day or 2. Off to sit outside for a bit for some fresh air to clear my head (bloody breezy here mind) but at least its bright and sunny xxx

I like lamb & my favourite at the mo is lamb with pineapple in a pitta bread or one of those wholemeal chapatis which I tweak

Ok so I thought id experiment with scan bran to make a cake




Chocolate and Cinnamon it was very nice but I think id add more choccy options next time

0% ff yogurt mixed with a little sweetener, sprinkled with cinnamon and topped with a satsuma x

HEXA -40g Cathedral Light Mature cheddar
HEXB - 6 wholemeal crackerbread

Brekkie - wholemeal crackerbreads with 35g philly light, Grapes

Dinner - Slice of scan bran cake

Tea - 2 lamb chops, SW chips, peas and salad with cheese grated over

Drinks - Pepsi max, tea

Snacks - Satsuma

Syns - 35g philly light (2.5) Sugar (1) Milk (0.5) Scan bran cake (2) Total 6
