Well .......... I went to bed last night very pi$$ed off with myself - I sat and ate a box of maltesers. I knew I was doing it and didnt want to stop, then I was bloody annoyed with myself for being a greedy cow. No wonder the scales arent moving!!!!

I do things like that. While I'm eating it I'm in the mindset, its just a treat and doesn't matter. It's just a chill out day on our diet. Blot it out it's past and forgotten
