Ive not heard of Joules hun - I shall google it lol. Ive been googling a condition called Myofascial pain after speaking to someone with a little medical background, and I have similar symptoms so gonna print it off and take it to hosp with me WHEN i get my appt x

Morning ladies - didnt sleep well partly cos of my back aching and partly due to OH snoring cos of the drink and then he was up n down all night to the loo arghhhhh.

Im gonna pop to the local Aldi and then home bargains - everyone is giving good reports about the mayflower curry sauce. I bought some called MAYSAN yesterday and its 4 syns per tbsp the mayflower is 3 I think so not much difference. I go to home bargains cos I buy my toilet rolls, kitchen rolls pepsi max in bulk lol xx

I send OH on a Thursday on his way home from college - oh that makes him sound so young! Lol.
We have a Lidl about 2min walk from the house which we usually go to but they didn't have Cherries this morning and I really fancied some so drove all the way to Sainsburys. Look what SW does to you lol x

I do my big shop at aldi and then nip to morrisions for things like choc and crisps lol
Did an asda shop n it cost over £100 and i cant afford that every week so aldi costs about £40
