HEXA - Milk in tea but not full allowance small amount of cheese on my pie so im saying half and half

HEXB - Scan bran cake

Brekkie Scan bran cake with strawberries


Dinner - Tescos healthy choices chicken salad sarnie and a boiled egg

Tea - Shepherds pie with tons of veg

Drinks - Tea, Pepsi Max

Syns - Gone over today :-( Sandwich - looked up on SW site (15) Sugar (1) Gravy (2 ) Total 18

I did that a few days ago... Bought a pre packed sandwich thingy from asda... Reduced fat egg and cress.. 15 syns!!! Won't be doing that again in a hurry lol xx

We were in town and it was a choice of that or Greggs as I was with hubby -so plumped for the sarnie. I may as well have had a pasty lol

I have WI tomorrow so eat less anyway until then, the chances of 15 after WI is little as I tend to eat late on a wed so cant fit em all in lol.

I don't believe you won't have your 15 syns tomorrow, what about wine o'clock will that happen? And I thought 'everybody' had syn free after WI, not me of course I still syn everything even on WI day, & even that butter pie!!!!

Nah I dont really drink in the house hun - the only time I do is before I go out with my mate or on a special occasion. I just dont think it tastes the same when not in a pub weird I know lol.

I usually have my fruit n fibre for brekkie, then maybe a salad or jacket spud for lunch, then when I get in I usually have a chilli or a curry in the slow cooker so all either no or very few syns. Now and again I will have a packet of crisps whilst waiting for my meal but theyre only 7.5 syns (doritos)
