It's most likely water retention Texty- loads of people at my group are suffering with it and its adding extra pounds
 
Lol my C has got swollen ankles and I've never seen anything like it! She's a skinny minnie and her ankles are bigger than her at the moment!! She said she's taking water tablets but they aren't working.
Must be so frustrating as you're following the plan- she had a perfect 100% week and put on 3lbs due to water retention!
 
I wish I was getting good results lol - I'll see what im like tomorrow I may buy some water tablets. My ankles aren't swollen just my fingers, they feel pudgy, normally I can slide my wedding ring off with ease, at the moment its stuck fast and not budging grrrr

I feel like i am retaining more water the last week or so too and i don't like it one bit lol I have let my water intake slide though so i am not really doing much to help myself! hope you find some relief soon hunni xxx
 
Your welcome hun - Ive only put a small one for myself as im really struggling at the moment grrr. This losing weight malarkey is hard lol
 
Hello Texty, so dieting is hard and can get a bit boring at times, & then its hard work maintaining the weight loss, but I do feel so much better for losing what I've lost so far. Although I know what you mean about the water retention I think I've got it in my tummy, bum, hips ... Xxx
 
Good morning all - im knackered lol. I walked to the opening of the Sunderland Air Show last night. 35 mins walk each way and then walking about whilst there. I resisted Fish n Chips, Candy Floss, Sugar Dummies anddddddddddddddddddd Alchol :D it was good Body Magic though. The Red Arrows were amazing, a breathtaking display whilst only being (at times) 6 feet apart from each other.

Im resting my feet today ( I do not want blisters) Im out on the town tonight so looking forward to that - usually all the men in uniform are out wit woo ( just looking of course)some proper eye candy :p

Pmsl some would say I'm not fussy emsie. But if an officer or a gentleman wanted to sweep me off my feet (with the help of a crane). I wouldn't complain :)
