So what are you filling up on then, what 'little' are you eating that keeps you too full to eat super free? I know you've been posting your diary & the food does look brill.
Hi Michelle, im having 1/3 free food, after that Im stuffed. If I do have anything in between its fruit as I dont fancy more savoury after a big meal, so couldnt manage a sandwich etc.
HEXA -(1) 75g philli lightest (2) 250mls ss milk
HEXB -(1) 6 x crackerbreads (2) 2 x hovis wholemeal
Brekkie - The above with grapes and a peach
Dinner - Jacket Potato with Tuna Mayo and salad (lettuce, cucumber,tomato,boiled egg) more grapes
Tea - Lasagne, Salad , a few SW chips
Drinks - Tea, Pepsi Max
I tried that tonight lol. Im stuffed now and ive not had my bread yet for my 2nd B choice. Its my last day today as I get weighed tomorrow so see what happens. Im back to EE tomorrow

I went out for tea and it was minute it was that small, sometimes I think the low calorie option is low calorie because its half the size it should be! X
