Texty's Back - Plain and Simple

Evening all hows everyone? I had a horrible start to my day, got up and went in the shower at 6am, whilst in there I got a horrible pain in my back, it made me feel sick and I thought I was going to pass out, I jumped out of the shower conditioner still in my hair, wrapped a towel around me and then dived on the bed (not literally) as I really thought I was going to faint. Hubby didnt know what had hit him lol. He did ask if he could get me anything or do anything but I couldnt speak as I felt rotten. I had to lie for 10 mins until it wore off ........ It was a horrible feeling :-(. I wish it was the 9th Sept for my hospital appt

Hello Texty, hope your well. I did that chicken SW pizza tonight for tea, it was gorgeous we shared one breast as it was quite big & had it with lots of veggies. Thanks for the tip, any other tips for dinner you'd recommend? Xx

Hi hun - awww im glad you enjoyed it ive not made one for ages. I might have to now though lol. Ive had fish (Basa) done in baking foil with herbs on, chips n peas tonight it was lovely.

Oooo Ill have a look through my recipes and sort out some ideas for you chick xx

I too hope your back eases up. Does your work place someone or somewhere they can send you for treatment? I was lucky to go to one in Harrogate for two weeks and had intense physio which included acupuncture. It was good xx

They have a physio who visits hun but id have to pay, and ive had physio with a sports doctor through NHS, they have told me there is nothing more they can do to help. I would just love to get to the bottom of whats causing it and then maybe they can suggest some help . x

Hi hun - its niggling/aching but thats nothing new its constant :-( Ive told hubby I want a new bed with a hard mattress to see if that helps x

Does walking help at all?? They keep telling me to keep it moving but it's hard sometimes when it's so painful... Really hope they get you sorted in September hun xxxx
