Dinner - Jacket Pot with Tuna/mayo and salad

Tea - Kofte meatballs with boiled rice and a yogurt and mint dip

Drinks - Pepsi max, tea,ribena

Snacks - Boiled egg, grapes, strawberries and melon

Syns - Naan Bread (14) Mayo (4) Total 18

Im still using up the 4 boxes of crackerbreads I bought, theyre not a Hex anymore but I told my C id bought them and she said I could use them up

I love them with grapes on too. The meatballs were lushhhhhhhhhh I have some left for dinner tomorrow yum yum x

I only found out last week after id done my bloody shopping grrr.

My scales are being nasty they are showing 1 up and ive been really good with my food :-(

Do you think the carbs effect you? I did a couple of red days this week and it really seemed to help, unless it was just coincidence.

No way, I didn't realise they weren't hexb anymore, that is poo, I love them with cheese or jam or just on their own, going off to cry now!!!!!!!!!!!

I only found out last week Michelle - I dont often check online the changes to hex's maybe I should lol.

I'm off to bed now Texty, but just so you know my C said they've just changed an ingredient or added something to it which is why they're not a hex, however if you've some old ones those will probably be fine with those.

Evening lovelies hows everyone?

Wow what a busy day im shattered lol. I took lunch into work today, leftover meatballs and rice ( however I forgot Id taken them with me, and went and bought a Jacket pot and salad doh) so I had them for tea with some mexican wedges.

Been a busy bee the last hour, done tea, washed dishes, made lunches, made massive fruit salad for brekkie and a sb cake,. Now I can chill all night whoop x
