I used a 6 pack of Warburtons Brown squarish wraps 8.5 syns each and I got 6 little squares from each wrap ( not the thins)

Spread tomato puree over, then used diced ham, pineapple, mushrooms and italian herbs over and then grated cheese - cooked for about 10 mins
So you could have a whole pizza for 8.5 syns if you used cheese as your A choice x

Wow! These look fantastic!!!!! I can never have that kind of food as I need to save my syns for booze! I would kill for a pizza ...but not to replace my drinks for the evening....

Brekkie - The above

Dinner - Homemade butternut squash soup and a packet of hoops and crosses

Tea - Pork Chop (fat removed), SW chips, fried egg(frylight), mushrooms, brocolli, cauli, carrots

Drinks - Tea, pepsi max, ribena NAS

Snacks - Scan bran cake, pineapple, banana, grapes, boiled egg

Syns - Sugar (1) SB cake (2.5) hoops n crosses (4) Total (7.5) so far

Hey Texty, how's you doing? I've been rubbish on here lately as college has taken over!! Still maintaining and will see if any loss tomorrow though not expecting it! Thought I'd update you on doc - following last MRI- been in today and there was some improvement shown on the oedema on the vertebrae but still damaged.. No answers yet but now being referred to the Mineral Hospital in Bath, which specialises in rheumatic stuff, for full rheumatic testing.. Will probably take ages but another step at least. College is ace and I'm just writing my first essay for about 17 years!!!

Hi chick - Im so happy for you that college is going well as you wanted to do it so badly, omggggg an essay lol I wouldnt know where to start these days.

At last some results and some movement forward for you, keep me posted with whats happening. I'll let you know when I get any results too.

At least your maintaining and not gaining with your hectic schedule hun thats brill, good luck for WI ill keep my fingers crossed xx

I seem to have spent the best part of the last 10 years writing essays...I can't say I miss them now, lol! Good luck with it xx
