She's on a lot of tablets and had regular injections into the spine, she has good days and bad days with it x

Ive got tramadol now, and have to go back in 2 weeks if no improvement. Injections and Botox have been mentioned plus surgery :-(

Lmao ill have the youngest looking back in the north east

I start them tomorrow hun - ive had to gradually reduce the ones Im on, you cant just stop them suddenly. I take 1 morning and 1 evening ill be spaced out at work lol

Yeah with my sister the odd's on surgery being successful weren't worth her going through it...
think my sis might have had Botox as well now you mention it x

Brekkie - SB cake, rice pudd, satsuma, plum, grapes

Dinner - Homemade gammon broth ( Gammon, carrots, leeks, turnip, onion, potatoes, soup mix, stock cubes)

Tea - Curry & Rice ( Chicken, onions, mushrooms, red pepper, green pepper, sweet potato, mayflower sauce) boiled rice

Drinks - Tea, Pepsi Max

Snacks - Banana

Syns - Sugar (1) milk (0.5) SB cake (2) Mayflower Sauce (3) Total 6.5
