I cant even look at tripe, its so disgusting. my mum died of cancer when I was 10 and she could only eat tripe when she was really poorly... it was vile!

I just remember him eating it when I was a kid, he ate it with loads of vinegar on ewwww

ewww! there are some horrible looking food out there. I've been eating passion fruits lately, I just top my fruit salad with it but I have to do it with eyes closed because it looks vile when its cut open but tastes amazing lol x

Ok - ive just calculated my weekly syns and because of my stupid lazy day on Saturday where I went OTT - ive had 118.5. Could have been worse I suppose but its still a lot for me. This will be reigned in this coming week grrrrr

I always always used to love my mums homemade macaroni cheese drowned in vinegar lol! I adore vinegar!!!
And I love marrowfat peas! I thought I was the only one haha!

I use my syns daily but do sometimes go under 15 so I'm thinking of doing mine weekly, how many can we have over the week, would it just be between 70 and 105? x

Yeh nettie I always use mine daily - I just went stupid on saturday out of sheer boredom.

Its done now fitty but still feel bad for doing it - I will be fine next week. Going shopping on Thurs and will plan the weeks food and not deviate.

I could have kicked him Fran lol - when he came in I said " how long have I been doing SW and when was the last time you saw me eat WHITE bread" - his answer well you just said get some buns grrrrrrrrrrr

I use my Syns weekly mainly as I do have days where I need more, because of what I'm making for dinner.

Hes lucky hes 6'4 Dougal lol then I pretend I cant reach to slap him but one day I may shock him.

If I told myself I had 105 syns Id want to use them in a couple of days lol so 99% of the time its daily for me. Saturday was a 1 off
