Evening minis - quick visit as Im off out to visit daughter n son in law for a couple of hours hopefully catch up with you all when im back and update my foodage, which has been nice and filling today - however my mouth is on FIREEEEEEEEEEEEE lol due to some taco spices hehe x

HEXA - 40g RF Mature Cheddar
HEXB - 2 Wholemeal Bread

Brekkie - Jam on toast

Dinner - Turkey salad ( Turkey, gherkins,cucumber,lettuce,beetroot, pease pudding, cherry toms) balsamic dressing

Tea - Extra lean mince pan fried with taco spices, broccoli,cauli,green beans, roast pots and sweet potato

Drinks - Tea, NAS, hot choccy, Pepsi Max

Snacks - Melon,grapes,pineapple and scan bran cake , lemon greek muller

Syns - SB cake (1.5) milk for tea(1) hot choc (1.5) Taco spice (2.5)yogurt (0.5) Jam (2) Balsamic Dressing- only realised this after using it and checking syns online grrr (3) Total 12
