HEXA -40 g low fat mature cheddar
HEXB - 2 x wholemeal bread

Brekkie - Banana and a cuppa

Dinner - 2 toast, 2 fried eggs, beans, mushrooms, peppers, onions

Tea - WW wrap with chicken fajita mix, SW chips and sweet pot chips, yogurt and mint dip with gherkins, beetroot and pickles

Drinks - Tea, pepsi max

Snacks - Rice pudding with grapes and a lemon greek yogurt

Syns - WW wrap(5) Sugar (1) yogurt (0.5) mint(0.5) milk (dash 0.5) fajita mix (1) Total 8.5

If it's 1 syn per teaspoon it would be 9syns worth in 3tablespoons. 3teaspoons in a tablespoon chick x

Fair enough hun ive never measured how many teaspoons in a tablespoon so just doubled the teaspoon measurement. I dont make it often and its done me no harm - I never was good at maths x

Lol I didnt get up until gone 11 Fran so it did me until I got back from the shops and had my dinner. Normally id have something more filling I loves me food x

How long have you been on sw for? I'll be starting week 3 on Monday and I'm pleasantly surprised. I did ww last year and did well but I just live that there's so much more free food and you can eat as much as you want!
I'm loving it lol xx
