Brekkie - SB cake, strawberries, grapes, pineapple

Dinner - Ham Salad (carrots, cucumber,tomato,beetroot, pickles,WW coleslaw,pease pudding,boiled egg)

Tea - Lamb Steak, mashed potato, peas, carrots and sweet potato, gravy, yorkie pudds

Drinks - Pepsi Max, NAS

Snacks

Syns - WW coleslaw (2) SB cake (2) yorkie pudds (6) Gravy(2) Total 12

Thanks hun enjoyed it today. Ive made rice pudding and a vanilla and raisin SB cake which will do brekkies for 3 days.

Thanks hunni - I was chuffed. Just hope its moving again Im out Saturday night and on my own all day Sunday so trying to plan ahead so I dont pick at bad stuff lol x
