I couldnt get pics to load yesterday grrr so made up for it today lol

Tonights tea - 1.5 syns because I used 3 greek muller coconut yogurts between me and OH View attachment 132594

You will love them Lisa and theyre so easy to make

I took half to work hubby took the other half in his salad lol - ive got one left for the next 2 days OH can have something else lol. I didnt have any meat to put in these ones so its all veg but still tastes good x

Lol - its clean but not always tidy Kay - its lived in. OH does a lot of the cleaning even before my back he did a lot, mainly because I do all the cooking and "manly" jobs lol. Even son does some washing now and again lol I have them well trained hehe. x

Haha don't forget I do NO cooking other than SW breakkies,hehe .. I do love quiche though and I really think I need to start trying some of these recipes out, Chris doesn't like it so he won't make me it haha x

Lol even you could make one I just put everything into 1 bowl and whisk then chuck in the oven hehe x

2 tubs of fat free cottage cheese, 5 eggs, salt ,pepper, oregano hex cheese grated in, and then any filling you fancy I used mushrooms onions and peppers, sometimes I put ham in or chop bacon up, mix it all in with a whisk and pour into ovenproof dish and cook for about 35 mins or until egg is set and browned x
