I was off today hun - boss took look 1 look at me on Friday and said do you want monday off lol. My own leave of course but meant a nice long weekend to give me time to get rid of my cold. Im not as snotty lol but still have shooting pains in my left ear an early night sounds good x

Lol!! He is a good boss...!! Wish mines was like that lol!! You cant beat a nice long weekend...!! Ouch....ear pain is nasty...!! Have you taken anythin for it..?? If i remeber correct there is an oil that helps but cannot remeber for tje life of me if it almond or clove oil lol!! Thinkin almond?? Clove oil is for sore teeth or am i talkin nonsense lol?!? No wonder i need an early hight ha!! Xx

Lol well I could do with both oils cos I think the ear pain is affecting my gums and teeth. God im dropping to bits since I hit 50 lol. Ive taken Anadin Extra hun im due some more soon x

Brekkie - Fresh Pineapple

Lunch - Boiled Egg and a banana

Tea - Meatball and Pasta Bake topped with HEXA

Snacks - none

Syns - Sugar (1) Milk (0.5) Slice of Tomato and Herb bread (3) Total 4.5 may have a malteser bunny
