Thanks hun - just chilling. Going to make myself a salad in a bit. Ive got chicken out for tonight no idea what with lol might make a dinner ive got leeks etc to use up. The boys are having the lamb chops they should have had yesterday lol. x

Dinner - Ham salad - lettuce, cherry toms, cucumber, boiled egg, pease pudding, beetroot, pickles, sweet onion sauce, hexA

Tea - Chicken with something

Drinks - Tea, Diet Coke, NAS orange juice

Snacks - Golden Wonder super sticks , 2 x alpen lights hexB

Syns - SB cake (2) Crisps (3) Onion sauce (1) sugar (1) milk (0.5) Total so far 7.5

Just had my tea it was ........rank. If anyone has a good recipe for a garlic sauce to go over leeks and chicken which doesnt include cream feel free to post lol x

No hun not yet - I only had FF yogurts in so used 1 of those with oregano and garlic with some chicken stock it was gross lol x
