Awww i'm glad ive been able to help - I hope it gives you a good loss next week. Were the scales much different to yours?

Ive never had aubergine either let me know what you make, what about stuffing it with savoury mince and onions? x

If you like cous cous, I grill fry Aubergine and courgette, put cous cous, mint , juice of one orange and lemon. It's a recipient from the little book of lunches just half a syn for the orange juice.

Does it have a savoury taste? I dont know why but I imagine it to be a bit like marrow (which has no taste lol ) x

Um it's not like marrow it's nice, it's got a nice texture to it. Though I always thought I didn't like it but it was because I had only had it in moussaka. It does take on the flavour of things well.

I think after WI tomorrow im going back to the challenge I started (last year I need to find the link) and UpandDown is doing it, to try something new every week. Even if its only something small like a new fruit. Its good to have variety x
