Thanks hun - no I dont have any. I think it was the sausage I had for brekkie it tasted funny I had 2 on my plate and only ate half of one. The rest went in the bin. I literally had to RUN to the loo when I got in from Asda the pain was so bad. Its settled a lot now x

Oh no, glad the pain has settled a bit. Did u manage to eat after that or did u lose your appetite ? xx

not as well as I planned :( I fell into the barrier high fiving a spectator 3.5km in (lol) and pulled my leg so it was a fast walk for the rest of it. It was so warm also :( despite that I ran last year and got 1hr14 and walked most this year and got 1hr18 so I'm either a fast walker or have made some sort of improvement. I'm a little bit upset and disappointed but I finished :) how has your day been? Xx
 
I had no lunch, ive had my tea. Didn't fancy it once it was on the plate but ate it anyway lol. x

Oh I'm like that, can't let anything go to waste :D xx

half a WW sausage (think it was off) fried beef tomato, 2 fried eggs and hexb with a thin covering of Flora

Tea -
Leftover spag bol with (full of mushrooms and onions) hexa, red pepper, cucumber, red onion

Drinks -
Tea, pepsi max, Ribena NAS

Snacks -
None

Syns -
Sugar(1) Milk(0.5) Flora (1) 3 x Mexican pot wedges (1)?Total 3.5 may have an options choccy later
im not counting the little bit of sausage I had as I think I got rid of it with my upset tummy lol (tmi) I know

I wont haha no one else was and I felt bad for all the people with their arms out waiting for one :D I've just signed up for the Yorkshire 10k at the end of September, by then I shouldn't be much off target and the weather should be cooler :)

ill try my best :) I always need something to aim towards :) after an afternoon of feeling sick, I now have the post-exercise munchies :eating:

Yep that's the only thing that works with me Sheila. I do worry sometimes because I have lost 4 stone on SW but still not conquered portion control. The way I managed it all this time is not to have it in as you said. But in real life you will be in situations where naughty stuff is around you, you can't stop others from enjoying themselves, that's where I crumble in social settings :eek: xx

I always have choccy in and biccys too, I find I can "control" myself now, some have been there for months and ive not touched them. I know once I start ill eat the lot i.e a full box of maltesers or a whole box of after 8's . I still have an easter egg and stuff untouched go me x
