Good ta. Having the mad panic day the day before holiday. If we haven't got anything it's too late all bags are checked in already!

HEXB - 2 x 400g wholemeal bread

Brekkie - Rice Pudding, pineapple, grapes, banana sprinkled with cinnamon

Dinner - Jacket potato, tuna/mayo, red onion, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, boiled egg, hexa View attachment 139925

Tea -3 x WW cumberland sausages, mushrooms, fried egg, tinned toms, hexb View attachment 139926

Drinks - Lime and Lemon water, pepsi max, ribena NAS

Snacks - Will have some fruit later

Syns - Mayo (5) 3 Sausages (1.5) Total 6.5

Yeah its easier for me at work hun, plus ive got some pease pudd for later if i want it and id have to syn it on Red lol and I cant just eat a little bit

Im hoping I'll make it Kay, I know theres no hardship If I dont, but id like to if I can. Having said that the scales are playing funny buggas again grrrrrrx
