I had the cherry toms, beetroot, pickles, cucumber and pease pudding I had 5 potatoes on my plate and ate 1 yuk xx

Brekkie - Persimmon, Grapes, Pineapple, SB cake

Dinner - 2 Egg n Tom sarnies, banana , mullerlight vanilla

Tea- 3 WW cumberland sausages, mushrooms, 2 fried eggs, beetroot, pickles and gherkins

Drinks - Ribena NAS, diet pepsi

Snacks - none yet

Syns - SB cake (2) sausages (1.5) hot choccy (2) Total so far 5.5
