Brekkie - Grapes, cherries, melon and mullerlight yogurt - followed by toast with lemoncurd mmmmm

Dinner - Ham and mushroom omelette


Tea - Gammon, new potatoes (in skins) lettuce, tomato, cucumber, peppers, beetroot, pickles, gherkins, cheese(hex A), pineapple, sliced boiled egg.

Drinks - Tea, pepsi max

Snacks - none yet

Syns - Milk n sugar(1.5) Salad cream(2.5) Brown Sauce(2) lemoncurd(4) Total so far 10

Your food sounds great, my kind of meals, though I'm not sure I could be trusted to ration lemoncurd, I absolutely adore it, so don't keep it in the house these days.

Lol its rare I have it now too hun. Just fancied some this morning on my toast and it helped keep me full until I had my omelette.
