I need a hobby to keep me occupied lol or rather to keep my hands occupied so as not to reach for the bad stuff!!

Im at work mon - thurs then off again on Friday, Ill be spending the day with Andrea. She starts her mat leave on weds. Then on Saturday the lads are away at the match so I can please myself for the day. I might do some painting just emulsion to tidy the bathroom up x

You'll soon have a gorgeous grandchild to distract you and keep your hands full
I'm fine if I have planned my day and factored in some treat breaks, even if its only a piece of fruit and a drink. Painting sounds good, you can't eat biscuits while you're painting, you'll get crumbs in it and that would make a right mess on the walls!

Morning campers lol how's everyone? I'm on taxi duty today then off to see sis. Just had a big brekki of banana on toast followed by sb cake with fruit and yogurt. I've got leftover lasagne for dinner then just need to think about tea. No idea what to have lol . X

Just finished my lasagne and salad I'm thinking omelette and chips for tea cos omelette and salad won't fill me. I'll pack it with mushrooms and onions. I'm trying to be 100% until wi. It's taster night on weds will have a think on what to make x

RED DAY

HEXA - 40 RF cheddar x 2
HEXB - wholemeal bread x 4

Brekki - 2 wholemeal toast with banana, followed by sb cake, grapes and strawberries with yogurt

Dinner - Leftover lasagne with lettuce toms and cucumber

Tea - Mushroom and onion omelette, followed by melon with cinnamon on

Drinks - Tea, pepsi max, diet coke

Snacks - WW fruit crumble biscuit, cheese sarnie

Syns - Milk n Sugar (1.5) WW biscuit (4) SB cake (2) Total so far 7.5
