Dinner - Jacket Spud with tuna mayo and salad

Tea tonight - homemade burgers with salad and pease pudding (2 X wholemeal rolls 1 hexb b plus 2 syns)

Drinks - NAS, pepsi max, hot choccy

Snacks - banana

Syns - Fruit n fibre (4.5) Mayo (3) Bun (2) hot choccy (2) Total 11.5

I was thinking the same, pity I'm not too keen on burgers, it's like salmon that always looks yummy too, but I don't like that!!!

They were gorgeous Laura - I added curry powder and a veggie oxo cube cos I couldnt put my hands on the beef ones lol . xx

They were lush even if I do say so myself lol - The boys had sausages from the butchers with SW roastie pots and gravy - OH then also had 2 bread buns to dip in the gravy lol greedy git
