Not too cheeky at all hun im on the case
No idea why but I cant find the Tesco frozen veg on the site - its bringing up stir fry 380g but I assume thats a fresh pack?
Does it say if there is any oil in the pack hun? x

No there doesn't appear to be. Not sure how clear this photo will be but I'll try
Don't worry about it though. I can't say it looks particularly appetising but if its low or no syn I'll give it a go, if its yuk, I'll have salad instead. That's the trouble with online shopping, its not what I'd have wanted. I know I could have sent it back but had planned on stir fry (quorn) for tonight. Its not like I'm going to starve though

Ok a manual calculation inputting all the cals/protein etc, showing red peppers as your first free food on EE says the full package is 14.5 syns

Right... that's that decision made, I'm really glad I checked! Hubby can eat it at some time or it'll go in the bin. Ok, any of that roast beef and yorkshire left? hehe

I actually find when I'm cooking for others I eat dad less as I'm busy making sure everyone else is eating. Maybe I should open a cafe!!
