Tez's Sw diary.........need to be slim again

£25 quid *****, robbing twats! Lol.
I'm 3lb heavier than this morning, I don't know how, that was before my tea so god knows how I can get rid of it my morning :( we shall see! I'm not eating another thing tonight x
 
Okay, I don't know why it's blocked out that word, it isn't a swear word or anything like that?! Are you going to cal count still next week or totally not sure yet? ,x
 
Thanks ladies for the good luck, I hope its a false gain too, I've been out and about a lot today so hopefully its just something to do with that.
If I lose anything I think I'll carry on with the sf another week, haven't got through as much as I thought I've used up all my choc shake, got half of banana, strawberry and caramel left, maybe 2 drinks of 1 vanilla tin and then a full unopened vanilla but I can keep that for another time. If I don't lose I'm not sure what to do yet, maybe I'll just cal count without slimfast.

On another note, I think Jack has got a coldsore I'm devastated hubby suffers from them and I just think there awful, I feel so bad for him. Hubby says it's better he suffers coldsore's than migraine's like I do. I'll have to get the pharmacist to have a look but I better make sure he doesn't kiss Naomi.

Also if I don't get a 2lb loss no spaghetti bolognaise for my treat tomorrow :( x

Week 2 calorie counting - 3lb's down
Week 3 slim fast plan - 2lb's down
Week 4 JUDDD - 0.5 lb's down
Week 5 calorie cycling - 2lb down
Week 6 CC/Slimfast - didn't wi.
Week 7 CC/SW - 2lb off
Week 8 SW - 1lb off
Week 9 SW - 2lb off
Week 10 SW - 2lb off
Week 11 SF - 3lb off

3lb off this week! x


Total loss so far - 33 lb's off
63 lb's to lose to goal x
 
Thank you! I'm really pleased with it. I know next week will be a small loss because of my tea tonight and Sunday dinner but I'm prepared for it x
 
Well done hun that's brill!!! I'm thinking of doing a slim fast like plan with my s&s shakes, what have u found woks best weight loss wise 2 shakes per day? Do u go off calories too? Xxx

This last week I've had mostly 2 shakes a day, then I've stuck between 1200 and 1520 cals although the sf plan is about 1340 cals, but it seemed to work. Also I've been using my cals little and often instead of eating 'heavy' food so I think it's helped my body digest it better x
 
Sounds good! I've been told a few times to eat smaller more often rather than 3 big meals.

I wish my gains where false ones ha!

Bran flakes

Snack - Mr Kipling double choc chip cake slice - last one :)
Worcestershire sauce wheat crunchies
Mini dairy milk

Lunch -
Tuna pasta bake. A little bit.
Half a cheese roll
Sausage roll :(

Tea -
Spaghetti bolognaise YUM YUM x

Yeah I'm just going to stick with it until I use up what's left, I love food to much and I'm sick of cleaning the blender twice a day lol but when I need a kick start in future I'll definitely go back to it x
 
Well today I've took hubby's car and he's got mine (his is much bigger so easier with the kids) so I'm going to take the kids to see hubby on his lunch hour and the lasses at work want to see the kids, then I'm going to see my friend who had her baby 3 weeks ago I haven't seen him yet xx
