Woohooo!! 2lb off for me this morning. Looks like last nights slight indulgence hasn't caught up with me yet. I just worked it out tho, it was only about 25 syns so should be ok if I'm careful this week .

lol, yeah you would think but im ok with leaving the dessert as if i have a little bit i will want ALOT, im better off going cold turkey lol x

I went out a while back and had dinner in Eddie Rockets with my best friend. The best option on the menu seemed to be the chilli chicken wrap. Thought, "well I'll syn the wrap and the sweet chilli sauce..." but when it came out.. the chicken was breaded and deep fried. Ugh. Hardly anywhere does a healthy option these days, and even the healthy options have hidden fats, like oils and sugars.
A local hotel here does a SW menu which I am dying to try out. It's also the venue of the SW groups. Our anniversary next week, so maybe we can go out for a meal... if we have the money for it :S
Ah that would be proper fab! We should start a petition - email the PM - go on daybreak (pmsl) lobbying for a SW menu in every hotel across the country! :8855:
