Corky, I know!!, im thinking maybe Tuna steak with jacket potato NO BUTTER! or maybe the steak, but definately NO BROWNIE lol x
 
Okay so no dessert then. Bring an alpen light or hi-fi bar so you don't feel deprived. I'm sure they won't mind that. :)
 
Also im very conscious(spelt wrong sorry) that by the end of Feb i should of lost a stone to be on track and at the mo i have lost 5lbs so i got just under 2 weeks to lose 9lbs :-( x
 
Woohooo!! 2lb off for me this morning. Looks like last nights slight indulgence hasn't caught up with me yet. I just worked it out tho, it was only about 25 syns so should be ok if I'm careful this week :D.

Don't be worrying about meeting specific personal targets too much. As long as it's all coming off you're doing well x
 
yeah, i really would like to be a bit closer to the 7lb a month target though x

:drool: Brownie...... Evil temptation food! You'd think there would be a healthy alternative on the dessert menu wouldn't you? Fruit or summat equally as flipping boring! :8855:
 
lol, yeah you would think but im ok with leaving the dessert as if i have a little bit i will want ALOT, im better off going cold turkey lol x

Me too Paula. Unfortunately, moderation isn't within my capabilities......yet :D lol
 
I went out a while back and had dinner in Eddie Rockets with my best friend. The best option on the menu seemed to be the chilli chicken wrap. Thought, "well I'll syn the wrap and the sweet chilli sauce..." but when it came out.. the chicken was breaded and deep fried. Ugh. Hardly anywhere does a healthy option these days, and even the healthy options have hidden fats, like oils and sugars.

A local hotel here does a SW menu which I am dying to try out. It's also the venue of the SW groups. Our anniversary next week, so maybe we can go out for a meal... if we have the money for it :S

Ah that would be proper fab! We should start a petition - email the PM - go on daybreak (pmsl) lobbying for a SW menu in every hotel across the country! :8855:

Don't think that would work out somehow... we'd get so hungry out striking, that we'd end up going into the hotels for dinners.. and then we'd just put the weight back on haha
