Good evenington one and all :D

How are my fave girlies today?

I'm just in the process of drinking my syns *hic* lol

Your Strew (I'll always call it that now! lol) looks yummy :D

What did you think to the cheese scones Sarah? I love them hot :D

Haha, it was one of those 'I don't know what to eat so I'll chuck everything in a pan 'strew'!'

I love the scones, I have them sometimes with tomatoes and mushrooms for brekkie and I did them with mozzerella on top the other day. Bread is my downfall so I've been avoiding, the scones are a good replacement.

Bread is my downfall too Sarah......infact most carbs are my downfall! :8855:

OOoooo I like the idea of having them for brekkie with toms and mushrooms :D

I may nick that idea *evil cackle* :8855:

I made the creamy broccoli and lemon tagliatelle from the new magazine but I wasn't that impressed. Too tangy for me :(
I must try the scones - bread is the one thing I am really missing.

The scones are yummy, especially warm :D

The ones I made tonight I did with Asda's roasted onion mash, really yummy.

Weekends are sooooo hard sometimes! I can stay on plan foodwise - I find that easy atm. It's the booze that gets me! I love a drink and I hate counting them! lol

Looking forward to your food piccies :D

Oh I'm making the Fanta chicken tomorrow, but mine will be called Tango chicken because the shop didn't have Fanta! lol

Enjoy dabbling with the new recipies xx

 I MUST try that :D

Is that still syn free Sarah?

I checked the calories and it was the same as ordinary mash so I'm assuming it's syn free.

Booze is my downfall too and as much as I say I'm going to count the syns, I always lose count! And then it doesn't take much to start eating rubbish.

Good news about the mash :D

I lose count too Sarah. I think it's because I can't count :( :8855: Bad new really because I'm an accountant :eek::eek::eek: :8855:

I can totally relate to the 'eating rubbish' bit though :( I haven't got any in atm tho, so it's my lucky day :D lol Mind, having said that, the shop down the road (Sainsburys) doesn't shut while 11pm  lol

I got lots of cheese scones.. Stopped eating them because I thought I ate too many.. Lol feel like making a strew too and using them as dumplings.

I'm on bed away from hubby. We're doing each others heads in LOL a bit of space is required sometimes..

I did the scones as dumplings on a chicken casserole and they were really dumplingy yuuuuuuuuuuuuumy!
