The battle of the Bubble

Right guys. Lets get motivated! Ive put the kids to bed got school and work stuff ready. Planned my week ahead and made minestrone soup ready for lunches. Tomorrow will b a gain so im prepared! Im not happy with myself but I am proud that it was only the weekend and not the whole half term like i originally thought. So on a good note I have changed my eating habits and will continue from now on. Got the pedometer set, the 30D shreds in the dvd for when im home from work at lunchtime. You and me both Hun. We did really well all week as well!! I'm starting my exercise challenge tomorrow so hoping for a good week :) xx

Don't be so hard on yourself. You've down sooooo well this week. You should be really proud of yourself. Even a small gain is an achievement. I could easily manage a 7lb gain every week if I put my mind to it!

That's alright mate, I ramble enough and you always listen to me :D

I'm feeling so pleased I didn't order one, especially as the boyf was more than happy to. Need to forget about this weekend and move on. I'm going to be 100% on plan for the next couple of days before weigh in on Wednesday :)

Was gonna aim for my stone award next week. Is 5lb being a bit too optimistic? Didnt even do that in my 1st week!
Well im just going for gold and c what happens....

I know I should be down in the dumps with my weight gain, but Im not :confused:
You're all thinking "Ive lost the plot"!:crazy:
Well I haven't honest. Couldn't be more motivated and more sure that this is a just fluid gain and its busted!!:busted:

I enjoyed my weekend, I was angry at the time that I couldnt stop myself, but it was my first binge since christmas, which is an amazing achievement for me!:wow:
Ive now got it out of my system and theres no chance of another one for a while...

I've started my exercise challenge thing, boy I thought the abs would hurt but its my legs, they are literally shaking!! I measure myself usually on the first week of every month but because I want to see what the shred will do for me I've measured today... and my weight gain means a big fat 0!!! Im losing cms big time! :whacky068:

Hoorah! Im upbeat, and here to stay.

Gonna catch up with all my friends threads then go cook the stuffed peppers for tonight.

Well done bubble. Boo to the gain. Go for it this week but don't aim for too much or you might be disappointed if you don't hit the 5lbs. Even if you don't get it next week, it will be the week after. Good luck.

Yep. you are so right 5lb woulb be a crazy aim!! So my aim this week is 3lb gain GONE!
 
Haha hun, I know exactly what you mean about not being upset with the weight gain. I sts (which was a miracle) this week but I'm not gutted either. I think the fact that we have both done so well over the past 6 weeks means that we have allowed ourselves a couple of off days and now we are both straight back on it.

Keep motivated hun and that 3lbs next week wont be impossible :) I'm also hoping for 2-3lbs off next week. xx
 
Today went great. Im pleased with my plans and feel good although shattered with day 1 shred. Ive also managed 22502 steps 9.65miles. :)

Todays eats

2 hardboiled egg, a 60g wholemeal bap HEXB and a laughing cow extra light. 1 syn. A bowl of fruit salad (lots of berries)

Alpen light bar 3 syns, 0% peach activia

Minestrone soup with carrots, cabbage, celery, onions, beans, tomato puree and stock. Little macaroni.

Banana, apple

Stuffed peppers, with rice, extra lean mince chopped tomatoes and herbs. Served with frylight actifried potato coins and a grilled pork chop.

Fruit salad

Freddo 5syns alpen light 3 syns mint options 2 syns

HEXA 280ml of 1% fat milk for 5 teas and milky coffee. 2 pints of water. 2 pints of vimto and 1 pint of lemon squash. (Im sloshing drunk too much)

Thats 14 syns today.
Had a lovely soak in the bath drinking my hot choc now and im off to bed.
