Just sat down!!! Been on the go all evening with school clubs and netball runs, Ive just had a lovely soak to chelax!
My thighs are really hurting - thought the abs would be bad! Oh well as everyone says it must mean its working either that or Im doing it wrong!!
Another successful day today, joined the 2nd easter challenge and the march challenge too. Think its great to have small goals to work for. I am now going to add another goal date as we have booked center parcs in holland for the May half term hols! So 90 days to go, not sure what I want to lose by then but need to get my fitness level up.
As I said earlier the TOTM fairy has decided to visit, which is fine but not expected this week, hopefully now I will have a fab loss next week. Today the is my 2nd day on the shred and really feeling it, ive also managed 21675 steps 9.30 miles today. so am very chuffed at that.

Thats me for today, working in the afternoon tomorrow so the plan is a walk to town in the morning, hubby does school pick up on Wednesdays so I hope to fit in a shred before they get home, its only 20mins so Ill just have enough time.
