Just worked out if i really cant control this then as an ee day ive done 7 syns. Ryvitas as hexb could add a hexa and ill still be on slimming world track. So i wont fret too much but hoping to stick to this. Xx

Morning! Fast day today.

Im avoiding breakie for as long as poss its only apple pear and jelly might spread it out this morning we'll see. Im ok with my water and a black coffee so far.

I always try not to eat until at least ten o'clock but its not always possible, especially for work days. I have a theory that once I start eating, it wakes up the food monster that lives inside my stomach and it just starts demanding more food lol.
I'm watching with interest to see how you get on, I don't think I'd have the discipline to stick to fasting days but I know it can really work well for a lot of people. Good luck with it. :)
 
Ok ladies its gone midnight can my fast day be over i wonder. My stomach is really rumbling and im just not sleeping. Might need to give in to a milky cuppa and 2 digestives.

Oh dear, hope your cuppa let you get to sleep. It's awful if hunger keeps you awake, you are willing yourself to ignore it and sleep but sometimes you just can't. At least you made it to midnight! X

Morning. I gave up during the night i had my milky cuppa 2 biscuits toast and a pack of hula hoops!!! :eek:Whoops.

Im going to try another fast day on weds but must plan better and eat dinner later if possible.

Gonna write off my midnight munch as a calorie counted day it works out 796 cals for yesterday.

Back to SW today. Just put my hotpot in slow cooker and im about to do a shred before a yummy breaky of egg and bacon sarnie.

It could have been a lot worse I guess. When you're really hungry like that, once you start, it can be hard to stop!
Today's weather made me get my slow cooker out and dust it off. I've looked through the cupboards for something to cook and not really very inspired. I don't have any meat defrosted but will get some out and do a casserole or hotpot for tomorrow. Egg and bacon sarnie sounds yummy! I had fruit and yogurt which was tasty but not very warming on such a yukky day. :sigh:
 
I love the slow cooker cloudy. I often just stew loads of veg if i have no meat i then eat them on rice or mash or blitz them into a soup. The smell around the house is what i love it for. X

The first fast day is always the worst! Well done for having another try on weds. Definitely eat a bit later and really full your plate with as many low calorie veg as you can. With protein. Fish is low calorie and if you like mushrooms they are really good too.
 
Thanks Becki i cant eat fish im allergic to it. Ive got to really plan better, picked up a 5:2 book today to have a mooch at ideas etc.

Been to bluewater shopping today ive just spent £140 on back to school stuff and a pair of kickers for my daughter starting secondary school next week. They best last!!!

Todays food so far:

Bacon, egg, 2 slices of brown (hexb)
Tomato sauce (1syn)
Apple pear banana cherries watermelon

Was hungry whilst out so grabbed a bag of carrot batons in marks, ate the lot!! Gonna turn out orange:eek:

Dinner ready soon
Lamb hotpot - mushy peas (to thicken the sauce as i had hardly any gravy powder), passata, beef oxo cubes, peas onions carrots potatoes and mint sauce, gravy granules 1 syn.
Served with tendersteam broccolli.

Oh sorry bubble. I must of missed about the fish allergy thing. Quorndon is also good!

Kickers! I read it as knickers!

Well done on carrot sticks. I probably would of caved into naughties whilst out shopping!

I know I could put in any veg, but what did you put in yours - was it just root veg Bubble?
